All Natural Bakes is based in Preston, Lancashire (UK).

We are a completely vegan bakery and do not used any animal products in our bakes. However we do use some products with a "may contact traces" warming due to their manufacturing methods. Please see the ingredients list for each product for any allergens they may contain.

Unfortunately as much as we would love to be able to offer gluten free products, we do not have the facilities to provide this at the moment.

All allergens in our bakes are clearly noted on the ingredients list for each product. The main allergens are wheat, soya and nuts. If you have a specific intollerance or allergy please let me know in your order. If you do not inform me of your intollerance or allergy, I am not liable.

All our products are baked fresh to order and do not contain any added preservatives, so we suggest eating them as soon as you receive them. If you manage to resist eating them instantly, you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature and they will keep for 3-5 days.

As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds. Once items are posted, it is your responsibility to be available for delivery. We reserve the right at anytime to cancel and refund your order.
